The Connecting Minds Conference is being held at the Kwantlen Polytechnic University, Richmond Campus (8771 Lansdowne Rd).

Connecting Minds Conference to The Hilton
Attendees that have booked rooms at the Hilton Hotel should consult the following map, which provides directions from the conference to the Hilton Hotel, located at 5911 Minoru Blvd. Walking distance is roughly 15 minutes. Remember to visit Hilton's respective website for room details and additional information.
The Hilton offers a complimentary shuttle service from the airport and attendees are encourage to take advantage of this free service (only available to attendees that have booked rooms with the Hilton). Please visit their website for more details.

Connecting Minds has negotiated a group booking rate with the Hilton Vancouver Airport location (5911 Minoru Blvd.) at a rate of $95 per night when booked prior to May 4th, 2010. Booking may still be available after this date but rooms and rates are not guaranteed. If booking after May 4th, 2010, please contact the hotel to confirm availability and rates. Reservations are made between Hilton hotels and the guests, and as such, guests are responsible for all charges. Please refer to the hotel's respective cancellation policy directly.
