Please specify your interest in being considered for a travel subsidy by indicating "yes" on the travel subsidy option on the Connecting Minds Abstract Submission form. Subsidies will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Only applicants traveling from outside the Lower Mainland/Fraser Valley region will be considered eligible.
  • Only those presenting research at the conference are eligible.
  • Subsidies are limited to one per registrant and one per project.
Recipients will be expected to produce valid ID and ALL conference related travel receipts (e.g., airfare, hotel accommodations, gas receipts, bus fare) at the conference travel subsidy desk in order to claim their subsidy. All reimbursements will be mailed to successful applicants. It may take up to one month post conference to receive your travel subsidy.
